Squash Fries

  

Ingredients:

  • Squash (Butternut Squash or Ambercup Squash work best)
  • cinnamon
  • ginger
  • dip of choice – optional (nut butter, ketchup, mustard, agave nectar)
      

Directions:

  • Cut up the squash into wedges
  • Spray a pan with organic PAM
  • Place the wedges on the pan
  • Spray the wedges with just a mist of organic PAM
  • Sprinkle on some cinnamon and ginger
  • Bake at 400* for 30 minutes, shifting them around halfway through
  • Serve with dip of your choice (see above) or eat them plain
