Vegetable Salmon Dip
Vegetable Salmon Dip with Pita Chips and Plain Yogurt
I first added 1/3 of a cup of canned organic salmon to a bowl. This was Natural Sea Wild Premium Alaskan Pink Salmon.
I then added 1 cup of leftover stovetop mixed vegetables. I did chop them up a bit before adding them to the bowl.
I then spooned in about 1/4 of a cup of Stonyfield Organic Lowfat Plain yogurt.
I mixed sprinkled on some paprika, black pepper, and chili powder and mixed everything together with a fork… DELISH!!! You can also mix in an optional 1 tsp of lemon juice for a bit more flavor.
I sliced up a Joseph’s Whole Wheat + Flax pita into triangles and toasted them. I also had the rest of the yogurt and 1/2 cup V8 fusion.
The result – HEAVEN!!! I dipped the pita chips in the dip and, WOW, what a PERFECT mixture!
